Palabras compuestas con any-
  Any puede formar parte de otros pronombres indefinidos.
  anything algo
  anybody cualquiera
  anyone cualquiera
  anywhere (anyplace) en cualquier parte
  anyhow en cualquier momento
  anyway de todos modos
  any time en cualquier tiempo
  El significado basico de any es siempre el mismo, si se lo utilisa en una palabra compuesta o de manera aislada.

Ejemplos  
  Is there anything I can do for you?
  Is there anybody we should call for you?
  I could not find anyone, who would help me.
  We were looking for the keys, we could not find them anywhere.
  Anyhow, I still think you are right to stop talking with him.
  Anyway, there is nothing you can do.
